I liked this and got lots of compliments on it. I probably ordered a size too large to make sure it skimmed - I'd probably order the size down and give this another go :) The fabric feels polyester-y but hangs beautifully - no need to tape it down!

Hired this for Ascot for a corporate event and wore with black fascinator. its an interesting and comfortable design although I did find it too hot but the day at Ascot was a heatwave so this would not usually be an issue.
