Shipping policy

General:

Evri is our chosen outbound courier. You will receive a Dispatch Notification once your order has been shipped to you. This email will contain details of how to track your delivery. 

We only ship to England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland including Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

All orders (except Sale Purchase orders) include a pre-paid digital returns label.
You must generate this label via your Account to return all items you have not purchased on or before the last day of your rental period. When you return your rentals you must keep your proof of postage until you have received notice from us that your items have arrived safely back at our warehouse. 

On Demand Rentals: 

When you check out an On Demand rental you have the choice of either:

Standard shipping: all orders be dispatched within 48 working hours, and you will receive your order within the next 5 working days.

Express shipping: costs extra and items will be dispatched within 24 working hours, and you will receive your order within the next 2 working days.|

We are unable to offer exact delivery times - couriers may delivery up until 7pm on the first day of rental.

Subscription Rentals:

Your Subscription price per month includes free shipping*, accidental damage cover and returns. This means that when you have selected the items you want to rent each month, you will not be charged any extra for shipping*. All Subscription orders are sent with standard 48hr shipping.

*All Northern Ireland Subscribers must pay £3.99 per order, shipping is not included.
