An additional slot for a subscription.

Can be added manually to an order by customer service.

Once the order has been paid for, the customer's 'subscription_item_quantity' metafield must be manually increased by the number of additional slots that were purchased.

Price is TBC.

NB. This is only valid until the current billing period renews, at which point it will be reset to the default number of slots (eg. 5).
