When will my order be delivered?

Your outfit will arrive on or before your chosen delivery date via our chosen third party courier partner. You'll receive a time slot on the morning your order is being delivered.

What if it doesn’t fit?

No worries! We offer rental credit on any unworn items, excluding Capsules and orders made using the 2FOR/ 3FOR offer codes, that is redeemable against your next rental. Just leave the ribbon attached. 

What about cleaning and damages?

We’ve got you! All items are professionally cleaned by us, and you can take out optional damage cover at checkout.

Engagement party

I wore this dress to my engagement party and received many compliments. It is true to size however the belt is quite small and only just fit me. Good value for money on HireStreet considering the retail price.

This beautiful white leaf print lace dress is perfect for summer days and nights. The PVC belt cinches in the waist giving the dress a gorgeous feminine fit.

All orders will arrive on or before your designated delivery date. Once your item has been dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking details. If your item arrives early don't worry - this does not impact the original rental dates you chose when placing your order - you just get to keep your outfit for a longer time!

Every order contains a pre-paid returns label. Once you have worn your outfit, pop it in your bag, seal it and take back to the Post Office before 12pm on your designated returns date. Please note that orders returned late will be subject to late fines, and please keep the proof of postage receipt for your returned items.

Find your favourite outfit, select your size, pick your rental period and choose your dates using the calendar. We recommend booking in advance if you can, especially if your event falls on a popular date! On the last day of your rental please return your order using the prepaid returns label - don't worry about cleaning, as we do that for you!
