Your outfit will arrive on or before your chosen delivery date via our chosen third party courier partner. You'll receive a time slot on the morning your order is being delivered.
No worries! We offer rental credit on any unworn items, excluding Capsules and orders made using the 2FOR/ 3FOR offer codes, that is redeemable against your next rental. Just leave the ribbon attached.
We’ve got you! All items are professionally cleaned by us, and you can take out optional damage cover at checkout.

All orders will arrive on or before your designated delivery date. Once your item has been dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking details. If your item arrives early don't worry - this does not impact the original rental dates you chose when placing your order - you just get to keep your outfit for a longer time!
Every order contains a pre-paid returns label. Once you have worn your outfit, pop it in your bag, seal it and take it to the courier specific collection point before 12pm on your designated returns date. Please note that orders returned late will be subject to late fines, and please keep the proof of postage receipt for your returned items.
Find your favourite outfit, select your size, pick your rental period and choose your dates using the calendar. We recommend booking in advance if you can, especially if your event falls on a popular date! On the last day of your rental please return your order using the prepaid returns label - don't worry about cleaning, as we do that for you!
