How do I return my Subscription Order?
Returning your Subscription rentals is simple.
Just pack your items in the original packaging, generate a new returns label in your Account on the relevant order and return via your nearest Yodel Drop-Off
Keep your proof of return postage until we confirm by email that everything has arrived safely.
Your next Subscription box will unlock as soon as your most recent order is returned, so you won’t be waiting long to receive your next set of styles.
Can I buy an outfit I’ve rented?
We curate our collection so you can rotate your wardrobe looks constantly, but we know sometimes a piece just clicks and if you love it, you can keep it!
Simply login then head to your Orders in the Subscription section of your Account
You’ll see a ‘Buy to Keep’ price next to the outfit from your recent Membership box, with amazing discounts already applied.
Once you complete the checkout, this item is yours - no need to send it back.
