How does Hirestreet Subscription work?
On Hirestreet you can rent outfits for the next 30 days.
Subscribe and start renting outfits every month (you can build a wishlist first if you like!)
Receive, wear and return easily with our prepaid returns label.
No need to clean your outfits - we do that for you!
I'm a Subscriber - when can I order my next set of rental outfits?
To order your next rotation of outfits, you just need to have returned all non purchased outfits from your last order, have an active subscription and the recurring billing date must have passed.
How do I return my Subscription Order?
Returning your Subscription rentals is easy and returns postage is included.
No need to clean your items - we do this for you!
Please put all of your rented (non-purchased) items into the original packaging, attach the pre-paid returns label over your original delivery label and drop your parcel at the Post Office.
Do not post in a standard Post Box.
If your return date is a Sunday or a Bank Holiday date and your nearest post office is closed, please feel free to return on the next working day - eg Monday
Please keep proof of postage until you have been notified that your rentals have arrived back to the warehouse safely.
If you have lost your returns label use this link to request a new one.
You'll need the order reference eg HS-1234 from your confirmation email to generate a new label.
How do I buy one of my rentals to keep?
It's so easy to buy one or more of your rentals, with fantastic discounts, just head to the order in your Account.
If you would like to buy one of the items you have rented, you can do so in your Account section.
Simply click on the relevant rental order, select the item(s) you wish to buy and checkout!
All items purchased during your rental are discounted, but the % discount on RRP will vary by item.
We do not offer returns or refunds on items purchased during your rental.
Return all items that you have not purchased to unlock your next set of Subscription slots after your recurring billing date has passed.
