Free returns and cleaning
Delivery Information
We send orders via Evri across the UK with standard tracked 48hr delivery direct to your door.
For On Demand (one-off) non-Subscription orders, standard 48hr shipping starts from £6.50 with express charged at £2 more.
Northern Ireland orders are charged £9.99 per on-demand and £3.99 per Subscription order.
We are not responsible for any delays when items are dispatched on time.
How do I return my rental order?
All return shipping is included in the price (excluding sale orders) and we no longer include the Returns Label in the parcel, instead you just need to generate one via your Account next to the order you're returning.
Use the original packaging to pack all your non-purchased items then head to your account and click Generate New Returns Label then show this barcode or quote the code at your nearest Evri drop-off.
You can view all your local Evridrop off points here- just show the digital barcode to the cashier to send back
Please do not return via InPost, or directly via a Royal Mail Postbox.
How do I buy my one of rentals?
Fallen in love with your rental outfits?
No problem!
If you would like to buy one of the items you have rented, you can do so in your Account section.
Simply click on the order, and then select the item(s) you wish to buy.
All items purchased during your rental are discounted, but the % discount on RRP will vary by item and are non-returnable.
How do I request an exchange on my On Demand (one-off) order
If you need to exchange an On-Demand (non-Subscription) order, we can offer an exchange for a £10 fee on one outfit.
