Buying items
Love something & want to keep it forever? Buy it.
You can buy any item we have (as long as it doesn't have any future bookings). As we're a circular business some items you buy may be ex-rental (just think of them as preloved). But, if it's not quite your perfect match, no worries! We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days
FYI: Any items you buy with rentals will arrive on the same date as your rentals.

How do I get in contact?
You can get in touch with us daily between 09.00-16.30 Monday to Friday and a member of our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as they can, normally within 1 working day.

How do I return my order?
Please use the mailing bag your items arrived in to return your rentals. If you no longer have it, please use a suitable alternative.
Inside your order, you'll find a pre-paid returns label. Stick this label to your mailing bag, covering the old one.
Return your order at the Post Office before the end of your rental period. Please keep the proof of postage.
If you are returning any purchased Buy Now outfits as they are unsuitable, please complete this form to request your refund for items returned.
Can I buy my rental?
If you love your rental, you can easily pay the extra to keep it forever!
Head to your My Account section to find your recent rentals and view the purchase prices if they're available to buy.
Do I need to clean my rentals before returning?
There's no need to wash or launder your outfits before returning - we do that for you!
