What is Hirestreet?

Hirestreet is the UK’s leading high-street rental platform.
You’re in the right place if you love that ‘new outfit feeling’, but you want to enjoy it in a way that’s better for the planet and for your bank balance!

How does Hirestreet work?

On Hirestreet you can rent outfits for the next 30 days.

You can either choose to book a one off rental (basically a pay as you go service) or if you love fashion freedom, you can choose to subscribe to one of our plans.

Receive, wear and return easily with our prepaid returns label.

No need to clean your outfits - we do that for you!

What is your delivery policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

If you choose this service at checkout, your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days.

If you need your outfits in a hurry, you can pay £5 to upgrade your order to express shipping.
This is a 24 hour service, so your order will be delivered within 2 working days.

We use Royal Mail to dispatch all orders and offer UK delivery only excluding Northern Ireland.

How do I return my rentals?

Returning your rentals is easy, we include a prepaid returns label to send back your order

No need to clean your items - we do this for you!

Please put all of your rented items into the original packaging, attach the pre-paid returns label over your original delivery label and drop your parcel at the Post Office.

Do not post in a standard Post Box.

If your return date is a Sunday or a Bank Holiday date and your nearest post office is closed, please feel free to return on the next working day - eg Monday/ Tuesday if its a Bank Holiday

Please keep proof of postage until you have been notified that your rentals have arrived back to the warehouse safely.

If you have lost your returns label use this link to request a new one.

You'll need the order reference from your confirmation email to generate a new label.

If you’re a subscriber, your next box won’t unlock until your recurring monthly billing date has passed and your most recent order has been returned.

If you wish to amend your order (like change your delivery details or choose a different outfit) please contact us straight away.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order if it has already been processed and packed already.

Can I buy my rentals?

Love your outfit and can't bear to be parted?

If you would like to buy one of the items you have rented, you can do so in your Account section.

Simply click on the relevant rental order, select the item(s) you wish to buy and checkout!
All items purchased during your rental are discounted, but the % discount on RRP will vary by item.

We do not offer returns or refunds on items purchased during your rental.

What if I damage an item?

We do not charge any damage fees, so you don’t need to worry about damage charges.

However, we just ask you to treat our stock like you were borrowing from a friend i.e. please take care of it as much as you can.

If you have damaged your dress, it’s helpful if you let us know so we can report to our professional repair team to fix on return.

What if an item doesn't fit?

We do not offer refunds or credit on unworn items.

If you need to exchange an item, you can pay a £10 fixed fee to swap it for a different outfit of a similar value.

I'm a Subscriber - when is my next billing date?

Subscribers are billed on the same day every month, so if you sign up on the 14th of the month, this is the date you will be charged every month.

If you sign up on the 31st of the month, and the following month does not have 31 days, you will be charged 30 days after your first payment date.

You can find details of your next billing date in the subscription area of your account.

I'm a Subscriber - how do I pause my membership?

You can pause your membership at any time, as long as you have returned all of your items to us.

Simply head to the subscription area of your account and select pause.
Your subscription will be paused automatically (as long as you have returned your previous order) - meaning you will not be charged next month, or ever again until you come off pause.
You will not be able to order any new outfits.

If you haven’t yet returned your items you must do so first before you can pause your account, wait for Royal Mail to scan your items (this can take up to 48 hours to process).

Then go back to your account section and press pause.

Please note, if you pause your account all discounts still applied will be lost

I'm a Subscriber - how do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time, as long as you have returned all of your items to us.

Simply head to the subscription area of your account and select cancel.
Your cancellation will be processed automatically if your current order has been scanned as returned by Royal Mail. 

If you haven’t yet returned your items, you must do so first, then wait for Royal Mail to scan your items (this can take up to 48 hours to process).

Then go back to your account section and cancel.

Please note, if you cancel your account all discounts still applied will be lost

Sample Sale Returns

If you have purchased an item in the sample sale, you can return your item for a refund minus the shipping fee.

Please use this form to let us know you are returning your item and use this link to generate a returns label to send your order back

Your items must be returned within 14 days.

Can I speak to a Stylist?

Absolutely, we want to help you find your perfect outfits for the next month, if you would like advice on size and fit, or trending styles please do get in touch here one of our styling team will be happy to help. 

If you're new to Subscribing with us, if you've signed up and paid but not yet ordered, our team will drop you a message welcoming you, offering recommendations, advice and styling tips via WhatsApp too!
