How does dress rental work at Hirestreet?

It’s really simple, you choose your dress, select your size and it arrives ready to wear. Each rental runs for 30 days, giving you plenty of time before and after your event to make sure your dress fits just right. Once you're done, simply send it back, no cleaning required.

What if the dress doesn't fit?

Check the size guide, measurements and reviews on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, our customer service team can help you choose. If you need to make an exchange, please contact our customer support team and we will arrange this for you at a £10 fee.

Can I keep the dress longer than 30 days?

Our standard rental period is 30 days. If you need it for longer, get in touch with our team before your rental ends to see what options are available.

Are the dresses new or have they been worn before?

Both. Every piece is brand-supplied and some pieces are brand new with tags, others have been rented and returned in excellent condition.
