All items are professionally cleaned and quality checked after every rental. You’ll always receive your outfit fresh, hygienic and ready to wear.
2. What if something doesn’t fit?
We know sizing can vary. That’s why we encourage you to order in advance to allow time for an exchange.
3. When should I order for my event?
We recommend booking at least 7-14 working days before your event. This gives you time to try on your outfit and arrange an exchange if needed. With express delivery, you can also order by 12pm to receive your rental the very next day
4. Do I need to clean the clothes before returning?
No need! Cleaning is on us. Simply wear, enjoy, and return - we’ll take care of the rest.
5. What happens if I accidentally damage an item?
We get it - accidents happen which is why it pays to add damage cover for £2.99 for minor wear and tear. Major damage or loss, a fee may apply.
6. Is renting cheaper than buying?
Yes! Most Hirestreet rentals cost 70-90% less than retail prices. You get the outfit you love, without the guilt of a one-time wear.
7. Can I rent for everyday wear, not just events?
Absolutely. With our subscription service, you can rotate your wardrobe monthly - perfect for workwear, weekends, or that last-minute getaway.
8. Are there extra fees (cleaning, shipping, late returns)?
Cleaning and standard delivery are included. Late returns may incur a small fee, so always check your return date.
