Lovely dress! Was more blue than navy and has tiny sparkle in fabric . Got loads of compliments in it , feels more secure than I thought , v flattering was perfect for black tie . True to size , slight rouching was flattering . No wearing issues , shoulder stayed put all night etc , loved it !
