This was my first time using the service, the product arrived in wonderful condition along with the return label. Very satisfied with the product, just ensure you know your size. I had to guesstimate and it does fit well besides the length I’m 5’3 and it is extremely long - it drags on the floor even in mid sized heels so be weary of that.
As for monitoring the delivery I would say it wasnt clear and there was not really an estimated date that I saw besides on the payment page but after the parcel is with the courier it is much clearer. If you have time to order minimum 2 days in advance of your event I would recommend.
Otherwise wonderful dress would order again!
