Probably need to size up if you're curvier on the hips as this is hard to get over hips thighs and I'm 8/12 sizing but once on, long leg length (i'm 5'7) and love the frill detailing. Wish this had pockets! Fabric pattern brings interest and elevates the style, NC is always a great pic and excellent quality. I went with a UK 12 and its a good fit.
