I worse a size 8. True to size but don’t size down. No stretch. Was lovely and felt great in it. Quite short.

This was a beautiful dress but unfortunately a bit too big ( especially the arms which were falling off me!). I did measure using the size guide, and knowing that French Connection sometimes comes up small, I ordered an 8. But to my surprise it was too big. As a guide, I am 5 ft 1 and generally always a size 8.

I sent this back as it was just a bit too polyestery and too short for a holiday - I had envisaged wearing it out & about in the heat, but it is probably more suited to a night out dancing as it was quite short and a bit scandalous! Cute, but not for me.
