    Perfect little black dress

    I wore this for my 40th birthday party and it was perfect! Love the material and the velvet on the material makes it look very expensive. Adore the balloon sleeve. It is very short but I wore with tights and it was fine and I am 5ft 10. I will definitely hire this again.
