How do I build my monthly box?

Revisit your saved items in your Wishlist with brands you love, and we’ll help you build a box around looks that make an impact.
We focus on what you actually need for your upcoming weddings, work events, or weekend trips.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is included in your membership price. We send everything via Royal Mail across the UK (excluding NI) to get your looks to you right when you need them

How do I send my items back?

Returning is simple. Use the prepaid returns label included in your order to send back via the Post Office
Just pack the items in the original packaging, attach the label, and you're good to go

When does my next box unlock?

Your next set of styles unlocks as soon as your most recent order is returned and your next monthly renewal date has passed. We’ll have you ready for whatever is on your calendar next.

Do I need to wash the clothes?

No washing, no dry cleaning, no fuss. We take care of the professional cleaning so you can just wear, repeat, and return.

What if I accidentally damage something?

Real life happens, and we get it. Accidental damage cover is included in your membership. If something happens, just pop us a quick message so we can prepare our warehouse, then send it back as usual.

Can I buy something if I fall in love with it?

Sometimes a piece just clicks. If you love it, you can keep it. Head to your Order details in the Account Membership area to see the "Buy to Keep" price. Once paid, no need to return!

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. Life gets busy and your calendar might have a quiet month. You can hit pause whenever you need a break directly from your Account > My Membership .Select 'Manage Subscription' to pause for as long as you need.

How do I cancel my Membership?

We’d be sad to see you go, but we make it simple. You can cancel anytime through your account. Just ensure any items you currently have are returned by the end of your billing cycle to avoid extra charges.

How do I refer friends and family?

Head to your Account to view your unique referral code to share with others - we want to reward you for helping your friends feel pulled together, too so check out the discounts available there

How do I know what will suit me?

We situationalise fashion. Every product page where possible will feature real-life reviews, fit notes, and recommendations based on what’s actually working for women with your style and shape.
We show you what works and why, so you can stop staring at your wardrobe wondering if you'll look right.

I’ve damaged an outfit, what now?

Real life happens in these clothes, and we get it. Accidental damage cover is included in your membership, so you can focus on how you feel, not the "what-ifs". If it’s a minor spill or a zip mishap, don’t worry - we’ve got yoou.

While we cover accidents, we don't tolerate disrespect of rental items. If an item is damaged beyond repair through negligence, a replacement fee up to the RRP may apply.
