The Details

Our brand new Try On Service lets you choose 3 items (they can be any value, simply choose your absolute favourites), to try on in the comfort of your own home! Whether you’re using the Try On Service to plan outfits for upcoming events & holidays, or you’re just intrigued about some of our gorgeous new brands - we encourage you to make the most of it!

The service costs £15, but don’t worry, that money is then redeemable against a future booking. That means, you pay today, but you get that money back to spend in the future when you come to book your outfits. Please note that the £3 rental fee will still be applicable to your order.

This service which will be available till 11th June 2021. We also only allow ONE try on box per customer. To use the service, simply add your chosen 3 items to your basket for a 4 day rental period, please note all items must have the same delivery date (and this date must be before the 11th June 2021). You must be logged into your account to receive your Try On Code.

Terms and Conditions

Items will be delivered by Royal Mail and must be returned to a Post Office. Late returns will be subject to fines - as is standard with all orders. Please note, delays caused by Royal Mail are out of our control.

Items will arrive in our Hirestreet garment carriers. To return the garments, simply place the outfits back into the garment carrier, add the return postage label to the see-through envelope on the outside of the carrier, and re-seal the two zips at the top using the spare biodegradable seal included in your order.

As always, all items will be fully sanitised - we will be using the O-Zone chamber on every garment, as well as following strict social distancing practices in the warehouse.

This is a Try-On service, if you wish to wear one of the outfits, i.e. you will be removing the ribbon from the item. then please get in touch and we can arrange an instant booking for that item. The cost will be the 4 day rental price for the item as a minimum, but if you want to keep the outfit for longer then additional costs will apply. Otherwise, please ensure all Hirestreet tags remain on the items, items returned worn, without tags will be charged to your account.

Once your items have been returned, please fill out the survey that will be sent to you via email to receive the £15 credit voucher that can be redeemed against future bookings. Please note, that the value of the future booking must be at least £30 for the credit note to be applied.
